Log in with digital certificate
For administrators: do you want to increase the security of your users’ access and require them to log in with their digital certificate?
In addition to logging in with username and password, if the administrator requests the activation of this identification method, users will be able to access the application with their digital certificate.
Collaborative editing of PDF forms during the video session
For participants: do you want to complete the forms that you are asked to fill in when you can count on the help of the professional with whom you are having the video call?
For professionals: do you want to avoid receiving incorrectly completed PDFs, having to review them, reject them and request them again?
Since version 7.3, the online PDF can be edited simultaneously by participants and professionals, so that they can view, complete and change data at the same time during the video interview, if necessary.
Setting up procedures with or without the possibility of representation
For administrators: do you want to be able to define procedures for which representation is not allowed?
Until this version, all procedures allowed for the possibility of representation. From 7.3 onwards, the possibility of representation becomes a configurable parameter per procedure.
