History of procedures carried out by a participant with an Entity
For participants: would you like to be able to consult all the procedures carried out more quickly and easily, instead of accessing them one by one individually?
From the management portal, each participant will be able to access the list of all the procedures requested with an entity, regardless of their status, and will be able to access the details of each one from that list.
Proof of attendance at a video appointment for a participant
For participants: Do you require an official document certifying attendance at a video appointment in order to complete a procedure?
Participants will have access to a button on the management portal that will allow them to request a receipt. In this case, they will receive a PDF document signed by Councilbox with the date, time, and duration of the video appointment.
