User experience improvements for participants
For the participant: Where should I go to have my face-to-face appointment?
Both the participant portal and the notifications prior to a face-to-face appointment include the address where the appointment will take place and, in the case of the portal, a map showing the location of the appointment.
For the participant: How can I consult the messages I exchanged with the person who attended me?
From the chat window it will be possible to download a pdf document with all the messages exchanged between the participant and the professional who attended him/her.
Notification of missed appointments
For the professional, supervisor, administrator or super administrator: Do you need to know if there have been appointments scheduled that have not taken place?
On a weekly basis, users with these roles will receive a notification with a list of their scheduled appointments or appointments to be managed by the teams under them that have not been completed in the week that has ended.
