For the participant: Is it hard to find out how to do what you need to do?

The entire portal available to participants has been redesigned to improve the user experience and facilitate access to the various actions (documentation, appointment management, access to the video-appointment, contact with the professional, etc.).

To the administrator: Do you need to know the reason for cancellation of appointments? And how have the appointments been resolved according to the statuses you have defined?

The dashboard incorporates new graphs of reasons for cancellation and distribution of appointments according to the customized resolution status defined by the organization.
