Whatsapp notifications
For administrators: do you want to use the most immediate method of communication that most participants are most familiar with to send them notifications related to their procedures?
In addition to the existing email and SMS notification options, Whatsapp has been added as a new notification method. If you want to use it, you must contract it and configure it as a method for the procedures in which you want to use it.
Possibility to fill in and sign an online PDF form during a video-appointment
For participants: do you want to complete the forms that you are asked to fill in when you can count on the help of the professional with whom you are having the video call?
For professionals: do you want to avoid receiving incorrectly completed PDFs, having to review them, reject them and request them again?
To respond to these needs, we have incorporated the possibility of filling in an online PDF form during a video meeting between participants and professionals, which can be signed once completed using OVAC’s existing signature methods.
Setting up procedures by appointment with publication deadline
For administrators: do you need to set up a video appointment or a face-to-face appointment that will only be available until a certain date?
It will no longer be necessary to be aware of that date to deactivate it, since from this version, when registering the procedure, it can be configured with a deadline date until which it will be published. After this date, it will not be possible to schedule appointments to perform it.
