For participants and for professionals: do you want to make the completion of an unattended procedure simpler and easier to understand and complete?

The way to carry out the processes becomes guided, through successive steps, which also include the documentation.

The possibilities of reviewing the steps completed by the participants and the closure of the process is easier for professionals in the new interface.

For participants: Do you need a specific document with the conclusions of the procedure? And a document proving the completion of the procedure?

The conclusions of the process are reflected in a PDF document available to participants, which they can sign if this option is enabled.

A new document, an “acknowledgment of receipt,” is generated for the completion of a procedure and is available to participants on the documentation portal.

For administrators: Do you need to save time for professionals and ensure proper completion of procedures? Do you want to associate information with the procedure that allows it to be linked to other applications or other data not included in OVAC?

Each procedure can be configured so that the report must be closed by the professional or so that it closes automatically once the video appointment or process is completed.

When configuring a procedure, there will be an internal notes field associated with it, where you can reflect any information that is of interest to the procedure’s management: a link to another application, an internal code used in other applications, etc.
