For administrators, professionals and citizens: would you like to be able to track appointments or processes related to the same procedure collectively, with a common file number?

If this feature is enabled, a file number can be assigned to each appointment or procedure. The same file number can be assigned to all appointments or processes that are part of a single complex procedure.

For administrators and professionals: would you like to have quick access to potential management issues?

From the lists of appointments and procedures, an alert icon is displayed in each corresponding entry if the status of the entry may be due to an incident in the procedure. For example, a video appointment with the video meeting room open for days.

Super administrators, administrators, and supervisors will be able to view them in aggregate form in a new section of the dashboards to which they have access.

For administrators: Do you need a second professional to participate in a video appointment with a citizen, either to support the professional in charge of the appointment or to analyse its progress?

For professionals: do you need occasional help from another professional to complete a specific video appointment?

From the video appointment screen, the professional can invite a second professional to join the appointment by adding them to the video call in the same way as you would add a new participant to the call.

For administrators: Do you want to limit and control which internal users can access information about appointments or completed tasks once three days have passed since their completion?

In the configuration of each procedure, you can specify which user roles will be able to access it and/or whether it is necessary to request access from a super administrator.
