New type of document for identity verification at OVAC
For citizens of the European Union: would you like to be able to access administrative procedures with your European Union Citizen Registration Certificate (“green card”)?
If this means of identification is activated, it allows biometric identification to be carried out by checking the authenticity and images on the green cards of citizens of France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania, the Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, Portugal, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Ireland, Malta, Croatia, Slovenia, and Luxembourg.
Real-time display of connected users
For administrators and other management roles: would you like to be able to see which professionals or other users are logged into the platform at any given time?
In the user list and for roles with access to user management, a filtering option has been added that allows you to identify which users are currently connected to OVAC by means of a status indicator that displays a green dot next to the name of each connected user.
Anonymisation of the names of professionals
For administrators and professionals: would you like to use a generic name for management professionals or allow the professional’s name to be replaced by an alias during video meetings?
OVAC will allow administrators to define a common alias at the Organisation or Entity level, as well as an individual alias for each professional if desired.
Improvements in file traceability
For professionals and citizens: would you like to have the file number available in all communications and documents relating to procedures that form part of a file? And for administrators, would you like to be able to view all the procedures carried out as part of the same file?
OVAC extends the file number to email notifications, reports for each procedure, and the platform’s activity analysis sections. In addition, the file number can be used as a filter criterion in the lists of video appointments and procedures.
