New ‘My Work’ view for agents
A new view called “My Work” has been added to the appointments section, designed to provide agents with videoattention and admin agents with a unified and organised overview of all the appointments assigned to them.
They will have a daily and weekly overview of appointments, with colour-coding to identify different types and direct access to their status.
Agendas categorised by type of procedure
At organisation level, separate agendas can be set up for video appointments and face-to-face appointments, providing greater flexibility for agents when organising their working hours.
