End-to-end management of in-person service
For organisations providing in-person services: OVAC now includes new capabilities to manage the full citizen service process in physical offices, from arrival through to being attended.
Agents can log in to physical service desks, assign queue numbers to citizens arriving at the office and call each turn directly from the platform, helping streamline and organise in-person service delivery.
Custom branding and legal texts for each procedure
For administrators: do you need to adapt the visual identity or legal texts to the specific requirements of each procedure?
From this version onwards, each procedure can have its own branding and legal texts, without having to share a common configuration with the rest of the organisation’s procedures.
This makes it possible to tailor the citizen experience and the information displayed more precisely to each individual service.
OCR-assisted document validation [BETA]
For agents responsible for validating documentation: OVAC now includes an OCR engine that automatically extracts information from images and PDF documents, making document review easier.
When applied to Spanish identity documents such as DNI and NIE, OVAC compares the data extracted from the document with the participant data stored in the platform and visually highlights matches and discrepancies for the agent, helping speed up verification and identify possible differences more easily.
