The names of the existing user roles on the platform are being changed to make them more descriptive of the actions that each role can perform on the platform. Furthermore, they are being categorised into executive, configuration, and monitoring and audit roles.

The most commonly used roles are being renamed as follows: “Professional” is now called “Agent with video attention”; “Administrator” is now called “Entity administrator”; “Professional Admin” is now called “Admin agent”.

In order to free up slots in the appointment calendar that are ultimately not taken up, it will be possible to configure, at the procedure level, the automatic cancellation of appointments for which confirmation has been requested but which the participant has not confirmed by a specified deadline, to be set within the procedure.

This is an optional feature; you can retain the confirmation request without this resulting in the appointment being automatically cancelled if it is not confirmed.

In certain cases, it may be necessary to attach documents to a specific procedure, appointment or task so that they are available to internal users with access to them, without the participants needing access to those documents.

To address this need, a new type of folder has been created – an “Internal Use” folder – which can be added to any procedure, appointment or task and will only be visible to authorised users, not to participants.
