This new role combines the administrative functions of an administrator with the ability to assist citizens with administrative procedures and video appointments.
This is a hybrid role designed to support staff who not only process applications or manage organisational matters but also deal directly with the public.
New data analysis options for administrators
For administrators and new administrator-professional roles: do you need to export student record data or biometric identification data to external applications?
Options have been added to export case data and biometric data to CSV files for processing in external applications.
Ad hoc notifications via SMS and WhatsApp
For professionals and those in new administrator-professional roles: do you need to contact a participant in a video call or meeting urgently, and would you like to do so via an instant messaging service?
Up to version 8.3, ad hoc notifications sent by a professional to one or more participants were sent exclusively by email. As this is a form of communication that many people do not check constantly, if the message was urgent, in some cases it was not read until it was too late. From now on, the professional will also be able to send these messages via SMS and WhatsApp, channels that are usually checked immediately or more frequently than email, making it easier for the message to be read sooner.
